Ross Fire & Life Safety is a fire and life safety consulting firm based in Colorado, providing expert code compliance and safety consulting services for commercial construction projects.

Founded by Taylor Ross, an ICC-certified Fire Inspector I/II and Plans Examiner, the firm brings real-world code enforcement experience to every project. With experience as a Fire Inspector with Vail Fire & Emergency Services, Taylor has conducted plan reviews and inspections for residential, commercial, and multi-family projects, giving him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to navigate the inspection and approval process successfully.

Taylor's background includes specialized training at the National Fire Academy and current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Fire/Arson Investigation at Eastern Kentucky University, with coursework in fire prevention, code enforcement, and life safety systems.

Working as an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), Taylor has seen how small code compliance issues can turn into major project delays—and how identifying and resolving those issues early saves time, money, and frustration.
